Rehabilitation Associates provides a
one on one, goal-oriented, hands-on approach to quality care, which includes making you an informed partner in your treatment. We provide
a thorough assessment of your problem, explanation of its cause, and reason for the chosen treatment. Therapy is specific to your needs, and includes strategies to help you take control of your problem.

Most treatment is exercise-based, working to enhance mobility, flexibility, range of motion, muscle strength, endurance, & functional performance. Improved balance, walking skills, safety from falls and correction of posture or body mechanics, are common goals. Our skilled therapists provide many manual therapy techniques & therapeutic modalities to reduce pain, inflammation, and/or muscle spasm, restore neuromuscular function and correct other problems preventing you from getting the most from your therapy session.

Individualized home exercise programs allow you to take early control of your rehab, often shortening the recovery time. The exercises are seldom complicated or time consuming, and vary based on your functional level. Your physician is notified of the results of your first visit, and receives periodic progress updates.
